Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

These terms apply to all moving, packing, storage, and relocation services provided by Sky Movers and Packers Bahrain.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the inventory and access details provided. We reserve the right to amend the final price if the actual volume of goods or required services differ significantly from the original estimate.

3. Insurance and Liability

While we take the utmost care, we offer basic liability coverage as standard. We highly recommend clients purchase comprehensive transit insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for items packed by the owner (PBO).

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained, personal presence (or an authorized representative) during packing and delivery, and securing all valuables such as jewelry and cash before our team arrives.

5. Cancellations and Delays

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Sky Movers is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, border/customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
